Chicago Motor Cars is committed to making the car buying experience of each of its customers a memorable one.

One of the many satisfied Chicago Motor Cars customers said he spent a frustrating Saturday at a series of typical car dealerships. Then he checked the Chicago Motor Cars website and saw they had what he was looking for, right on their lot. It sounded too good to be true, but after calling to make sure the car was there and the price was right, and explaining his trade-in situation, he headed over to the lot.

“The car was sitting out front, detailed and ready for a test-drive,” the customer later recalled. “There were no surprises – they checked out our trade-in while we took the car for a test drive. We had one small concern about some scratches on the [trade-in] vehicle which [the sales staff] had their service team look at and agreed to touch up.”

Less than two hours later, the customer drove his new vehicle off the lot. He said he was surprised to find it had a nicer package than one of the cars he had tried to buy at a different dealership earlier that day.
